That's just friggin awesome
Comparing to the WIP, I see a great attention to detail in this drawing. It looks closer to the 90's version of The Joker in the animated series, which I always have enjoyed greatly.
Really wicked. I love how you've drawn his nose.
The shape of his nose is awesome, but the colors in the hair is what I love most c:
