Gaah I probably haven't touched Flash since last year. Today I finally felt like trying some again so I did a little practice animation just to get used to Flash again c:

It;s a good start but I feel you got too hung up on the details of the character's design
The footwork doesn't particularly follow the body motion, about the halfway the character rigidly just SNAPS! into the other position of falling back
But a great shot at it, your definitly getting there!
