Where to begin with the description... Well the delay.
Well basically, I've been posting Under One Roof as a fan-fiction in a few other places and editing it to make it seem more like a story. So I was entertained doing that and hearing people sorta review it, so far the only place where the edited version of OUR is posted is in Psypokes forum. But I'm happy with the edits and the way that thanks to these edits I've improved my writting style. Along with getting rid of those pesky errors.
Second reason for delay, I thought it was Arctic Masters turn to update since he wanted us to change places after the 20 chapter special. Thing didn't work out and I had to update.
Thirdly, My UNGODLY lazyness
Fourth excuse, other projects and distractions.
But yeah, that's it, sorry for the delay.

About the chapter: Basically, we learn what happened with China and Zero. Not much else to say about it. Oh and one more thing, all dittos were harmed during production of this part.
