I'm a little disappointed with this for putting it on the comp. D; Looks a lot better irl.
I wanted to finally paint something with acrylics, so this is what came to mind. I used reference for the Elk, but nothing else for the snow.
The Elk is actually one of my favorite animals as well. I think it's because I see a lot of them in Colorado, and they are just such Beautiful creatures. 83 I love them~!
So this is acrylic on canvas (5X8)
I'm planning to do more paintings, though I wont know what to do with them!

I hope this is a compliment but the first thing I thought of when I saw this picture was the "Firebird Suite" from Fantasia 2000.
