dog contest- kiba and naruto

ok, this is like the first day i had to actually draw something in...weeks and i said i was going to do this contest thing months ago so i had to do it, but if i didn't do it i would have finished SZSC page 2, sorry for having everyone wait a little longer. Also once i get out of this "busy" hump i should be able to do a page of SZSC about once a week. and i waited a day to upload it on SA because i felt DA should have the first day of this picture since the contest is on DA , later



Ok I know it took a LONG time for me to even get started but it's done, today was my first day to really draw in weeks and i just did remember to * ahem* start this today, i've been SO busy! i was only going to do one but since i waited so late to start i went ahead and did too...

Kiba is a Husky because 1) i love that breed 2) i think of him as a husky and 3) i did try other ones but i think huskys fit him, they're fast, powerful, awesome, and they have tan-ish fur just like his jacket he had when he was a kid ( the one with the fur hood)

Naruto is a pomeranian because of 1) i own a pom and i've owned lots of them, so yes i love them too, 2) when i went to draw naruto my pomeranian named "Puffy" wouldn't stop bothering me so i was like, "ok i'll draw a pom" 3) at the beganing of "naruto", naruto was like a pom, all bark and no bite, the little guy acting all big and stuff. I could go on for a long time on all the things they have in common

At first i was only going to do kiba but i didn't feel like shading him so i just did another dog, so in all i had fun but the pom was so hard to draw, and i really love the pose because Puffy looks at me like that all the time. ALSO this is my first time drawing ANY dogs and my first time drawing kiba ( he's so cool, and he's awesome in Naruto:UNS, had to draw him, it was him or rock lee, loved them both so i flipped a coin )

one last thing, see how naruto is under kiba? well my SWxV2 is like that two, it's going to look like too different pictures
