Kikacookie's Trade

This is my half of an art trade with ! The character belongs to her! Please do not copy or modify, because that's just not nice.

I just had to go and try a new coloring technique for this one... I like it, but I have yet to see what everyone else thinks. I changed the dress on purpose; I hope it's not a problem, I just didn't know how I was going to make a heart cut-out in the middle of her dress look decent. I keep imagining that it shows all kinds of unintended places whenever she jumps around. X_X Also, I had a hard time deciding whether her hair was orange or brown. In the source image, it kinda looks like a rusty, bittersweet brown, but the borders are colored in orange for sure. That's why I went with orange in the end. If it's not the right color, I still have the photoshop file. It can still be changed without any trouble.

Trades are taking a bit longer to finish this time around. I really am putting more effort into all of them, which leaves me redoing things if I don't like the way it looks... On top of all that, I have 2 birthday gifts that I must make. No excuses this year; they're already late, which makes me upset. Just hang in there! I haven't forgotten anyone!
