Arthur Kirkland (UK) from APH.

I've seen Victorian era 's documentary
and I think Victorian fashion must fit to him so well.
(Hope Himaruya san will draw him in this outfit someday)

BTW, This my first time to use SAI for full CG.
So I'm not familiar to use some tool.
