I love this song man! And I especially love the texture of the whole song too, gives it a natural feel that hards to come by without letting a little "ugly" in to make it beautiful.
I agree about the remarks that there's just enough "gritty" and "ugly" to make this really beautiful. :) It sounds kinda like some of the piano effects I've heard Thrice do in their latest album.
Love that bass, of course--that's one of your trademarks I feel like I haven't heard a lot in your more recent work. Very nice. :)

Yeah, the piano certainly has a crackly sound to it, and I like the drum rythym and the string chords at the end.
