So one day I was thinking about Cardcaptor Sakura, and I decided I wanted Clow Cards based on people I knew.
This is the KELLY card. It casts CUTEIFY - a spell that causes things around you to suddenly turn pink and for stars and glitter to appear from nowhere to make things cute.
