The yellow hue in this is nice, and I like the deep shading. The way you draw eyes is lovely as well. My only critique would be that the way the blood flows looks really unnatural too me, especially on his pinky and the cuff of his sleeve, other than that, excellent job. ^^

I think the part I like most are the highlights on the hair.. I guess that's superficial >~> but they work well.
It reminds me of "Drown".. it's like a bit of a remix. Uhm idk I'm rambling.
