Uh... its a pencil drawing. I get really excited about these things when I'm drawing them, but once i scan em i always wish I knew how to do something more with em.
unfortunetly, my level of expertise with art on the comp makes even uploading them somewhat difficult for me. forget about changing colors and getting rid of lines and crap like that...
oh well. i still like this piccy. :)

You could try upping the contrast to get rid of the lines in the bg and then changing the colour setting to black and white so that it's clearer and more defined. Then you could colour it somewhere else in RGB mode or whatever. I don't know
