Looks good, It looks to me you got anatomy correct, the cat stuff is a cute add-on, but do remember that stuff CAN make it a bit more difficult.
But I'd give a 4.5 out of 5.

not bad, better than the last pic I saw with the snow day albeit the lower legs here are a tad thin and it looks like she has a detached head from her shoulders

much improved. for next time, try to avoid really round-looking highlights and shadows, as that makes things look a lot fuller or bulkier than they might with more subtle shading.
