Cuzco - upgrade

Once upon a time (all the best stories start with this), i was having a conversation with Bahamut about old and new characters, and he happened to mention an old Qetzalcoatl character of mine named (rather 'originally' ) Cuzco.
Questions were tossed around; why is there so little art of him? is he a permanent character, or just drifted through? will he ever amount to anything?
My initial response to such crazy ramblings was 'lolno.'

But then Cuzco kept nagging at me, and me of feeble mind, ah me... i gave in and doodled him again on my notes.

and lo...

there he was. all over my notes. not just one Cuzco, but several.

and i thought to myself 'well now i've gone and done it. i'll have to think up a better backstory for him if i'm ever going to throw him into an rp.' (i'm a firm believer that in the 'know your character's past and keep it in mind, and it will determine their behavior and actions in game' theory.)

i have not thought up a decent backstory yet.

i have, however, fixed up/upgraded his character design.
