Attire: When he doesn't care about his appearance, he tends to wear very large coats, that are easy to conceal weapons and items in.
When he wants to be charismatic, like-able and fancy, he dresses very formally, in just about anything. No particular favored clothing.
Personality: Generally, he's extremely rude, conceited and cocky. He seems to take delight in others misfortune, and loves to play all manner of horrible or tasteless pranks. However when he's not feeling mischevious, he can be quite an out-going person. He attracts a lot of attention with his charm and words, and when he has his hygiene in order, he woos women with the slightest effort.
He seems to be quite the anarchist, too, thinking he's above the law. Of course, he's a bit misunderstood in that he's not as murderous, or dangerous as he used to be. He doesn't kill, unless he is hired to do so. He's not evil, just an asshole.
Abilities: Oddly, for being a clone of Brass, Seth hardly has any magic. He has very very minor shadow powers, such as temporary invisiblity, and the ability to summon an ethereal hand to do as he wishes. However, this doesn't work in anything brighter than indoor lights, so he doesn't rely on it.
His true talent comes in his extremely wily words and his skill with all manner of technology. He can trick almost anyone to do anything with his inspiring charisma and wit. He has an almost Macguyver-like talent in being able to fashion weapons and gadgets from scrap, demonstrating impressive skills in engineering, electronics, machinery and most sciences. Though he can't make a weapon out of a rubber band, a straw and a paperclip, he's wrenched together many odd weapons that he still uses to this day, like modifying a rotary saw into a sawblade-launching weapon of doom.
Flaws: Thinking that he's better than anyone and everyone, even the law, often gets him into trouble. He has no respect for anything either, thus nothing is sacred from his anarchy and abuse, defacing statues of religious and political figures and slashing public transport tires.
He is also extremely vain, claiming he's twice the genius of Einstein and Oppenheimer combined, simply choosing not to prove it in because he doesn't care about energy crisises and time/space warping. This leads him to be very overconfident at times, blindly so.
As well, he is physically [and mentally] very unhealthy, having already had two liver transplants, kidney stones and already taking medication for high blood pressure. Drug abuse and his psychological issues aren't letting him have a very healthy life either. He seems to exhibit symptoms of schizophrenia, withdrawal, and general psychotic tendencies, like suddenly attacking friends/family for no apparant reason, and not remembering why he did so in the first place.
...Of course, not that he TELLS anyone, he also doesn't trust most people he knows. The only people who know of his problems are his closest brother Brass, his servant Karise and Estrella. He seems devoid of love, too, unable to cherish anyone in particular, so he's a bit of a mysogynistic lady-killer.
Oh Seth, you magnificent bastard. About time you showed up again.
