She's not drugged, really, it's only that my friends think she is. But it looks really weird right?
Done as an experiment, this was before I got my tablet, so I was going through every one of PSP's tools and abusing them to no end.
Most of it was done by the smudge tool and digital inking, and thus took a really really long time x.x

Actually, the only thing wrong is that the head and hair is much too big for the body. The body itself is perfect, as is the shading. The obi looks fantastic.
