The man at the top looks like his head is too big for his body, he also has such a goofy expression on his face compared to everyone else. The lightning looks kind of strange, and and what are the hand/hands behind he supposed to be?
with the large head I dont understand the part going all the way to the back, i guess he can flip back his head like a garbage bin can? his forehead looks squished too.
with the guy's wings at the bottom you still could have gotten a good metallic feel (are they metallic?) by using brushes. also make them look a bit more shiny and almost that look of metal with all the lines perhaps like this http://www.davidtorno.com/MacTex_Uploads/Metal001.jpg
Unless they are rock, in which case I would suggest using more jagged angles and more damage, but they're probably not rock.
While I'm on the man the bottom half of his torso is a tad iffy, his elbows also go down a litle too far.
