Made this (almost last minute, lol) for the Halloween Contest at ToT. It's...USAGI!!!
I rarely draw Sailormoon (can you tell?) but I thought it'd be cute. ^^ Anyway, Usagi is dressed as a witch...Although, thinking back, I should of put Luna in there... but then I would have to wonder if putting Luna in there would conflict with the rules...
