This is the pic on the corner of my paper... there was more to it but i did not want to show... i think i was drawing the depression i am in right now.... do not worry i am not thinking about killing myself but yeah that whats it is...

, (really you DON`T) I have had them at some time and I have reached the conclusion that it is a foolishness to lose the time in it, what you should make is to remove those thoughts and to replace them for one positive immediately, (and learn to keep it ) a good advice that persons have given me is that you must put in a paper all your achievements and virtues it doesn't care that so insignificant they are, and in the other side you put your weak points and that you don't like of your person (and you must work on it) . You will see that you are worth a lot more that you think =)
