I like this, the character designs in general stand out to me mostly, the two at the front remind me of characters that will get into the most trouble, without registering it.(Wether this is what they're like or not, I dont know) but the guy in the background makes me laugh.
I love all the little details you put into the ground, the woodwork, the random lizard and cat. one little suggestion, where the person's picking there foot off the floor (the one near the lizard) have a small dust cloud to represent the movement. It might just add that little extra effect.
I love how you've done the sun though, that's VERY clever.
Is this done using watercolours?
(PS. I see the wrinkles unfortunately, BUT it doesnt takeaway from the overall picture if you ignore them.)

This is some nice dimensioning - you certainly have an eye for good framing!
Have you considered animation or storyboard artwork?
