GAR. Finally done.

HOLY CRAP I SUBMITTED SOMETHING! And a traditional something ta boot.

This was done with Faber Castell pens, and colored with watercolor pencils. I'm slowly getting the hang of them. And boy, it took a while. Even so, it was an enjoyable picture (once I got past doing the sketch-- that fried my brains quite nicely).
The scanner completely WASHED it out, so I had to run all sorts of filters on it to get its colors to look like they ACTUALLY look like. >.>;;; You'll have to forgive me if some of the anatomy isn't absolutely correct-- it regularly smashes me with a mallet. And this is the first time I've done someone smiling, so . . . yeah. Also, I wouldn't mind doing a digital painting version of this. =33

Anyhoo, say 'hi' to Trudy. She's a very cheerful soul, hence the smile. She's also a White Sorceress -- her blue eye makeup would tell you so, and the fact that her left eye is bright bwue tells you that she is, well, a sorceress (and really DOESN'T need to read that book). :) You're likely to find her hiding out in the Academy library, breaking curfew rules, or playing a practical joke on someone-- possibly all at the same time, and possibly with Nova in tow (or she might be the victim of Trudy's joke). And that's the essence of Trudy! *nodnod*
