Lume Owen Latimore. He seems at first glance to be a rather boring man, but hidden under that quiet exterior lies a brewing madness. He lives a life fraught with conflict and darkness. Perhaps it's only a matter of time before he loses himself. It's seemed, throughout RP, that the only thing that holds him together is his husband.
This is the most emotionally driven Lume piece I've drawn in years, and it's exceeded my expectations in every way. I was completely enthralled during its creation.
I think, from this point onward, whenever a certain music piece aids inspiration, I'm going to share it. For this piece, the track in question is "Empty Memories" by After Forever.

Oh wow your break to work on facial features really shows with this.....the planes of his face are top notch. It reaches a new level (at least I think) in your actual drawing skills. You have always had great painting talent, and now your 'pencil' work matches it much more. I hope that didn't come out insulting o.O I just really feel the sketch and color and special effects now all meet a middle ground for real balance.
