Character Reference Sheet 6 - Chu`
CHU`
Chu` is a creature that Keena befriends soon after being employed by F.L.I.G.H.T.
I suppose when comparing his appearance to that of a living creature, the best animal would be a wild cat. But in fact, he is probably better compared to a dog.
Chu` is very young, infantile even, when Keena first meets him after his mother is killed. At first he is hostile toward her and Onan suggests that she leave him. But Keena persists and Chu` soon warms up to her. He has never left he side since.
Chu` has a playful personality, he is fiercely loyal and an incredibly strong fighter in his own right when to occasion calls for it.
Chu` has a brown pelt, white wings and white spots below where the wings meet his fur. His eyes are bright purple.
Small piece of trivia - The kanji read as Chu` in Japanese that I chose to use for his name means loyalty.

Description
Next up are the characters for the story I am currently in the process of developing. Which is loosely, and I mean VERY loosely based on some of the events, changes and lessons I went through in my adolescent and early adult years. I've been working with the title, 'Bell the Cat'.
The story is set in the not too distant future, where an average school student is attacked by a demon. Due to her newfound ability to see these creatures, she is recruited by a demon hunting group known as F.L.I.G.H.T. (the Federation for the Liquidation of iner-Galactic Herds Taskforce).
It follows the student through her times, trying to fit in, learn new skills, control her abilities, fall in love and rebelling against the system.
I am very pleased with how this story is developing, the characters and settings have become incredibly vivid and I have plotted out several arcs so far. I just need to sit down and write it.
