Nnnnnnnnnnot so bad. You could definitely use some study in anatomy though.
Gotta agree with BombsintheLasagna (gosh, try saying that ten time fast), that's good for a first attempt. Anatomy does need a little work... possibly thinner and slightly shorter legs. Past that, it's good.
