It looks pretty good. Something about the pants bugs me, it's a bit weird how the shading is completely different in some poses, like crouching or walking. Neither shading method looks bad, but you need to pick one and apply it to every pose.
Besides that, I can still tell where and what you've edited parts from, but I can also mostly tell which parts you customed, so it's clear you actually followed the tutorial somewhat. Overall, pretty nice job. =)
