My first serious seascape. I dislike painting water because it's so difficult. Therefore...I paint water to learn how to paint water. The birds are just fun. Photo courtesy of my brother-in-law who is an avid fisherman. Acrylic on 3' x 2-1/2' canvas.

You work really big too. I've only worked somewhat in the middle, and I'm always scared cause the paper looks so frighteningly large. Acrylics are really fun to work with too.
