I painted all the hairs individually on this. Nice effect, but I dunno if I can do this and be satisfied every time.

Top left ear is incomplete, the nose could use a bit of texture.
Eyes could use a little more work but for the most part are on the right track.
Fur can be real tedious work if you continue to do it as individual strands, try different photoshop brushes to create the illusion of more fur.
Is this acrylic?
