So yesterday I finally had the time to continue with writing the TABS and some basic drum work for this. Tried out a new beat, think it actually will fit better than the previous one.
Thoughts? Should I go with this one or use the "old" one instead?

OK, I've listened to both versions severel times, and I think I prefer this one, it sounds a bit "meatier" (I don't want to get too technical here), so, yeah this version has my vote!

I definitely prefer the newer one. The beat in the previous one was incredibly basic and seemed lacking.
That seems fixed in this one, though.
