It's kinda sad that I hardly ever attempt drawing the other Elly Mentals, mainly because I have trouble trying to draw hair that corresponds to their elements.
Just so we're up to speed, the Elly Mentals are a group of bad girls named Elly who have elemental powers, which is where our little Elly Gale was liberated from. For confusions sake, we refer to the well known wind-meistress as Elly, and call the rest by their surnames.
Ellen Ohm is one of its members with the element of lightning. (Fun fact: thunder is just a noise lightning is the actual bolt.) This ability comes in handy when it comes to hacking into security systems by shorting things out, and basically being a human taser.
Whilst Ohm doesn't particularly care for their leader, Amber, she hangs around with the group for the sake of close friend and remaining member, Frost, who idolizes Amber. As such, she has a bit of an attitude when it comes to general conversation, and a big of a short fuse (sorry) when aggitated.
Like I said, the hair is a hard thing to decide on, in order to keep them all individual, but I think added bolt-like zig-zags to the hair and bangs seems to be a good move. And I like the way the gradients and filters work out.

In any case it's a good drawing, the character does feel very lightning-y

Wow, that looks awesome. I have something similar to that in my comic story, only it with the spirits of 2 or 3 experiments that didnt make it to birth. So this looks pretty intriguing.

Character design is good, a little obvious with the bolt patterns. Color scheme is great. But what I like best is the sparks coming from her arm.
Can't wait to see the rest.
