What A Magical Tax Man

This is Ivan. He is a magical GRS man of whom can appearantly also play the keyboard. So I took his keyboard, gave him his pre-keyboard outfit, added some crudely drawn flying papers AND VOILA this thing happened. I don't really know how.
He just recently got a name actually. I was fine with calling him Mr.Taxman. But whatever, silly Gaia leader peoples~

This was going to be my new siggy on Gaia, but it was 25 pixels too tall :[ I am too lazy to open SAI and resize it, so I just stuck it on my profile instead. My profile was devoid of anything at all, so I guess it worked out in the end xD In all truth it is entirely pointless for me to have a siggy on there because I never go on the forums but once in a blue moon. I just go on there because they have fun plots and I like to dress up my avie >>

Also I thought gray pants to be fitting for him.....because he only exists officially as a floating torso so no one knows what colour his real pants would be c:
