...It looks a lot better in real life, I
swear. X'D
Well, story: in a week or so we'll be filming a music video for school based on the book Johnny Got His Gun. Group mates want to do the amputation scene, so they (evidently) turned to me for costume make up. Figures.
This was done using all at-home supplies, including nail enamel (OMG MY BEST FRIEND LYK SRSLY

), really bad matte-look acrylics, Elmer's glue, hand lotion, lip wax (kinda like lip balm), eye shadow (I should try to find less sparkly eye shadow...you can't see it here, but if you look real close the bruises sparkled), and tissue paper. I just...I didn't have any professional supplies at all. Liquid latex would have been useful.
Only the second time I've done this-- the first was on my other friend. I have a picture of hers, too, but it was so clear that it showed ALL of my mistakes and just looked plain horrible and unprofessional.
So, what do you think? Did I do good?
