Dr. Billa Bong PhD. Her friends call her Billa, but everyone else calls her Dr. Bong. I think she's gonna have red hair and black streaks. Maybe purple streaks. Her look is based off of a loveable pot head friend of mine who doesn't go to my school anymore... Okay, she wasn't really a friend, I mean her heart was in the right place, but she was just soooo addicted to the shit. Anyways, that's just the look. She doesn't really look high right now, but when I gave her the high eyes, she looked like a guy. That's supposed to be a white, lab coat btw, if that wasn't obvious.
