This is a doll I sewed with my own bare hands! Oh the agony

Anyway, I took a ton of photos of her but I'm only uploading this one. I think she's really cute. Though it's kind of huge so don't click on it.

What is the background of the doll? a wallpaper? Did you just make this doll up or is she a character?
