The Mafia...

Ah! Behold! DASHman's current nemesis, Mafiosa!! Behold her dark wings of chaos!! She is surrounded by her most powerful warriors!! How can DASHman ever stand a chance?! Well, I can't believe I finally drew them all!! Mafiosa is in the center, her shadow connecting to her core evil, her REAL shadow, Mika!! The man slightly behind her in the non-descript glasses is Mr. Good. The dude with the messed up arm is none other than Deathbed, Father of Disease! The guy in the dress is Roulette, Randomizer of Power!! Here's some details on each.

Mafiosa/Mika: Mafiosa is of course the leader of the underground organization called Mafia. Her exact intentions aren't clear, but her reality bending, shadow control, and magical violin, Slagar, are sure to bring chaos to the planet of Cordova. Mafiosa is actually 3 people, the first being Mafiosa Lina, second being the shadow being Mika, and the 3rd, not seen here, is Lily. She's basically Mafiosa's goodness. She just wears a dress and has a slightly different hairstyle, so I didn't draw her here. The 3 work in tangent and if one is hurt, so are the others.

Mr. Good: Mafiosa's lover. He has a very non-descript look, and he does this on purpose. Nobody knows his true intentions, but he sticks by Mafiosa, helping to keep her on track of her conquest of Cordova. He frequently disappears for long stretches of time, leaving Mafiosa in a bad mood, but he's always quickly forgiven, despite Mafiosa's complaints. His physical technique is poor, but he utilizes a video game controller to fight and pull off "Super Combos" and "Headshot" manuevers. He's stronger than most would assume, but his calm demeanor usually disuades him from fighting, even when Mafiosa is at the mercy of DASHman's inner darkness, Aikito, in chapter 25. He soon reappears after most fights and assures Mafiosa that he left her to fight for a good reason. His catchphrase is "Good always wins." which is ironic considering he's a supervillain.

Roulette: A rather interesting individual, Roulette prefers to wear dresses, though he's not a confirmed homosexual. He possesses the ability to generate any super power you could imagine, however, this ability is random. He could turn up with a Supernova Beam at one turn of his Magic Wheel, and at the next, have the ability to shoot chicken soup from his nose. Potentially, he's Mafia's strongest member, but falls short because of his power's inconsistency of success. He is highly adept in physical combat, though, despite his slight frame. He has a thing for annoying Deathbed and loves being around Doc Proxy for some unknown reason.

Deathbed: A rather uncanny individual, Deathbed is the twisted lovechild created in the lab of 2 1970's supervillains who were alive before the earth's destruction. He possesses immortality, and his left arm has the ability to generate any disease he pleases. He can even create new diseases and microscopic organisms that there are no medical files on. He once put DASHman into a comatose state with a parasite that was devouring his nervous system, forcing Moot and Doc Proxy to battle him for the cure. He's currently in a relationship with Death, or as he calls her, Julia. He despises Roulette and his smart mouth. He eventually teams up with DASHman to help retrieve the DASH Ring from Mafiosa's clutches and returns DASHman to human form.
