Attempting to slightly move on to my next area of improvements: landscapes and speediness in which I can get my work done. Obviously I have a bit of a way to go, but it should be fun. Actually, just looking at it then, I used too many darks around the tops of the buildings, where the lights should be. Hrmm.
With this pic, I realized using a semi-transparent layer over the top of your work will get you much more dramatic shading. I like it : D

Those buildings could use some details, doesn't look much as a buildings, more like tetris blocks or something...
