Fallout 2 inspired Tomfoolery, now just like that stupid show with Fire Marshall Bill: In Living Color. I still need practice with my Prismas and, man, there's too much brown in this pic. Next time I gotta draw Buzz somewhere other than a post-nuclear wastland.
