Its really good but im just gunna be a critique rlly quickly.......her face.....good but some how creepy. her shoe is a bit pointed. End critique. Sorry I just wanted to point it out plz dont be mad.
i mean 6the way ye did her hair, is like something only took from the visual of the ocean, her eyes are very clamp like.
the fur of the cats are so swing like in a guitar. and finally the color, ye went all epic of the color.

I hate details cause they take so much time to do but when i see it its like the world is spinning in perfection!! Great job! I really love the hairs and soft gradients in contrast to sharp lighting. really pretty.
