This is a special piece I drew for my dear friend. It is dedicated to her and a special member of her family she has recently lost.
I know too well how it feels when a beloved animal passes away. They're so close they feel like family.... I know how it hurts.
I'm sorry K, I hope this will cheer you up some.
I forgot what Cherokee looked like, I couldn't find a picture.... so it ended up looking like Epona. I hope that's cool.

I really like how meaningful the picture is and how the horse seems really healthy and in a sense, at peace. The colouring a beautiful, it always is! It's really beautiful all the same and I hope your friend feel's better. And it doesn't really look like epona, I think the way he looks is different...somehow, other than the colour. So good job on that too ><!

its a very sweet sentiment but I'm sorry to say it looks more like a ponyta then a real horse since it has a creamy body & firey mane & tail its beautiful though & I am a huge fire type fan I hope she liked it (sorry if that sounds like picking on you I don't mean to sound bitchy)
