Did you see what I did there? I saw what I did there. Has something to do with ninjas.
So a few pages back, we had some small fire lizards. However, it should've been evident that none of those little ones was the leader.
Also remember when I said how each element has a different personality trait to it? Wind to be wisdom, water to be kindness, fire to be determination (aka courage), and earth to be power? Well, you can see a bit of that working here. Think about this one one moment: The guy he's about to attack used a single spell to shove all the little lizards away. You have to be pretty courageous to attack someone who is clearly hiding their power.
There are eventually to be four animals, each associated to an element. Obviously, lizards and fire were first. I'm still working out water and earth, but wind will be wolves. Why wolves? I wanted to get wolves in somehow, and wind was the best choice.
