Eros (wip)

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Unfinished. This is just the early stages of the painting, (just a few hours work so far) but I wanted to still celebrate Valentine's Day. So here he is....

A take-off of last years Valentine's Day painting, I wanted something more badass and 'grown-up' than the Cupid. (and wanted to try the red leather pants again. ) Instead of Cupid, this is Eros (the Greek version of Cupid) because he's a bit less 'innocent' and cute. I'm going for a "sex on legs' sort of vibe with him (inspired by Seifer Almasy from FFVIII) We'll see if that works out. :)

Not sure if I want to add the wings or not though. Maybe a hint?

As for why it's not finished even though I started with more than enough time... well sometimes as cool as computers are, they can suck. Long story short, I finally got the parts in and was able to fix it just a few days ago. (Upside to being a computer geek too) <sigh> So much for trying to get ahead of the game and starting early. So far so good though, and the computer's way better now than it was, but the 3 week setback on all my projects really sucked.
