I should look into SAI, or maybe Art Rage2 one of these days... I'm usually more of a Photoshop person myself, tho... But it's quite useful totorial, even for the Photoshop user :3

I always used to oekakie because there was a watercolor tool, I love the way it makes things look. I will definitely try SAI now
