February EquineXchange

For this month's exchange I got Lightstep's beautiful mare, Blackbury.
She was very fun to draw and, as you can see, go to put my new shading style to use.

By the way, Equinexchange is a great, friendly community on Live Journal where you "exchange" characters.
In other words, you sign up monthly and are assigned another member's character to draw and someone else is assigned yours.
It is a lovely way to keep motivated and meet fantastic artists.
