my list of human grievances

1: long lasting hatred.
2: ignorance.
3: fashion.
4: religion
5: non-acceptance.

1: in most cases, hatred is justified, but temporary. in some cases, hatred runs so deep that it alters perceptions. i implore you, human, to mend this. this hatred cannot last forever, and yet you somehow hold on to it, letting it sway your decisions. this deep hatred can be justified, but anger has a tendency to alter your opinions of others. if you find yourself confronted by someone who you have hatred for, treat them as you would a stranger. with altered perceptions, any action you take will inevitably be illogical. as such, i suggest that you have not seen all the sides to this person and you have no idea what they will do. treat them accordingly.

2: ignorance may or may not relate to past and future topics, but the idea remains self-evident. rejection of useful information. often messages are misinterpreted, but this is a communication error. a more serious mistake is to make illogical decisions that will not lead to needed information. it would be ignorant to immediately kill a captured spy. interrogate them first and then execute them when they have relinquished all of the information. if this analogy seems harsh, i present you with another. news. all news is meant to convey a clear message to you that applies directly to you. ignoring news is just about the extent of human ignorance. made by humans, for humans, about humans, in relation to humans. any news article is at least worth a glance. maybe not a full read, but just a fraction of your attention, so that you recognize which statements apply to you.

3: fashion needs little explanation. i can think of no lower life forms than that of the people who track fashion trends. in the race of conformity, take into account practicality before putting on your sexually arousing clothes in mid-winter.

4: religion is a very big point of discrimination, and while i strongly believe that people of every religion have the capacity to be logical, religions on the whole have all proven to be volatile and ignorant, despite their basis. religion is most often used as an excuse for existence, such as "god made it so." these points are impossible to defend against the almighty power of reason and common sense. the basis of religions is something that i highly support. peace, equality, acceptance. however in practice, people are more focused on three entirely different prospects. master, heresy, purify. the first concept is self evident. a master who does not issue clear orders is not a master but a puppet of the receiver, who is able to twist these commands to their own purposes. if i am wrong and gods speak clearly, i demand proof- NOT by the methods of humans. and seeing how one of the thousands of "lords" has not struck me down yet, i shall continue. heresy. heresy is going against he beliefs of a religion. it is incredibly, intolerably stupid. there are so many religion with varying base beliefs and twisted sub-beliefs and rituals that even BREATHING is a sin to you humans, assuming it is done in a certain place. nay, all bodily functions are outlawed by one or more religions. as such no religion is at right to label anyone a heretic. i've got enough of those labels already and i'm beginning to feel bloated. the last is the most intolerable, infuriating human action, which directly relates to the next topic. this cleansing concept is the absolute epitome of human wrongs- against their fellow man. people are put in positions where they try in vain to cleanse themselves, knowing full well that it is hopeless. no matter you many times you divide a number, it will never be zero. as such, it is impossible to say what is perfection, as nobody will reach it. thus nobody should EVER judge another human by their religion, and by extension, try to cleanse them. if someone were to try and right my ways, i would reveal to them a world of such ugly sin happening around them that one of three things would happen. A: they would try in vain to cleanse me for this, also. B: they would see the tragedy but leave, regarding me and the victims hopeless. C: the most desirable, that person would help those in need instead of those who need no help. religion can grant purpose to those who need it, but it should be subject to change. a steadfast purpose is perfection, which nobody shall ever reach.

5: the most infuriating of all human grievances. it is directly related to several other topics, including religion. human non-acceptance stems off of the primal fear of the unknown. and while this fear is justified as the unknown has a tendency to be dangerous, there is no reason whatsoever to destroy it unless its very existence threatens personal safety, in which case the destruction is not one of prejudice but necessary. however this cannot be applied to things such as sexual preference and race. racial discrimination is simplistic and ludicrously stupid. race allows humans things such as base appearance and minor genetic discrepancies. they are not a subject for judgment appearance is not definitive of personality. sometimes optional appearance can be used as key factors of determining personality, such as clothes and hairstyle. however the appearance of others matching your appearance is often comforting, and as such, people have a tendency to mistrust anyone who is not part of their ethnic group. this can be solved in a very simplistic manner. move to a place that is multicultural. there you will meet people who have a different background and yet somehow manage to get along. you add to the world's overall intelligence by doing so. upbringing is a different issue, as ideals put into people's heads DO have an influence on their views and actions. even then humans must not generalize and use stereotypes. a very delicate topic for many people is the matter of sexual preference. i know enough about human anatomy to say that only the combination of man and woman will produce offspring, and any other combination with the same number of participants will not. this does not, however, mean that people should not have the right to experiment. people with different views than the norm will be shunned and inadvertently resented. however the matter of sexual preference, as well as many other choices that people use to discriminate, is not all of life and definitive of personality. any discrimination on these aspects is incredibly stupid, as these people still have the potential to lead normal lives. however people often choose to be quite vocal about this issue, or, if not, silent but steadfast. the people who express their ideas to others in a controlling manner have my respect, in some sense. similar to the respect i give to people who wish to take their lives for a religion. they are brave, but by no means intelligent. the silent ones also have a certain degree of my respect, the same way i respect the trees for being silent when i walk through the woods shooting various mammals. humans need a medium here. the topic can be open to discussion so long as it does not lead to unnecessary violence or resentment. people should be free to express opinions without worrying about the views of others contrasting and creating friction. there can be contrast, but no friction, as it would lead to meaningless conflict. thus i petition you, the human race, to stop pre-judging and being open to different ideals. whether you accept them as your own is a matter of personal preference, but i assure you now that people will have different ideals than you and have a right to express them.
