Fanart of Yuyuko Saigyouji, a character from a game series, I believe, known as Touhou. It's a "bullet hell" game, but besides the whole bullet hell, the patterns the bullets make are beautiful and there's excellent music in it as well in my opinion.
Yuyuko is a ghost ^^ one reason why she's a favorite of mine. Her, Reimu Hakurei, and Patchoulli Knowledge are my favorites ^^

As for your male OC idea, look up the character Momizi Inubashiri. There's already something like a "wolf race" in the series, and she's its poster girl.
