I saw this and just had to color it because Tira looks so adorable! :aww: I also like the way she made it a mix of her SC3 and SC4 costumes (FYI if Tira let her hair down it prolly would be this long). Also, there's a very good reason why the bear has brown hair and blue eyes heheheh...
Colored in Adobe Photoshop CS3 took around 30 minutes to finish. I'm getting good at this Photoshop thing even though my style keeps chaning depending on the line art I color. X_X
