s'Kaa the s'KaaDolian

This is a new character im making, he is a young alien lifeform known as a s'KaaDolian and he is an Elite Warrior that hunts down forces that could be dangerous to his race and prove he is Mature enough to protect his "Empress". Since we dont have the same organs and such as they do (nor do we have Mind Talking, s'KaaDolians dont have mouths, but they do produce them when they evolve into something they take the DNA out of, for example a crocodile) we just simple call this one s'Kaa. The dreadlock-like hair on his head are full of an alternate power source we dont know how to describe but it will last for atleast 200 years, his claws are retractable, and his tail is used to crush prey, like a Komodo Dragon. Nothing else is known about this specimen.
