Description

Over on deviantART, I had a bunch of stuff going on relating to this piece.
Artists' suggestions, possible titles, what to put in the composition etc.

I also uploaded a WIP there of the sketch stages. Go see:
http://tavington.deviantart.com/art/Agent-on-a-Break-WIP-110234651

I won't say too much about it, because I'd like to leave it to the viewers interpretation. Allow your imagination to run wild...

Let me know what you read into it, or what scenario cooks up in your twisted little minds people!

You know what I would just DIE to read?
A fanfiction based on this image. Oh that would just make my day! Small snippets or a full story, I would be one happy little bunny!

I might be selling this as a print, if you are interested, please note me.

Prismacolor Verithins, Crayola and Prismacolors on Heavy Duty Cartridge paper.

Artistic and colorful. Really well made and put together.
Great job among all I've seen as of tonight. Makes my coloring seem like waste with colored crayons.

Very interesting concept. The picture is amazing, once again your coloring skills are simply outstanding.
The bright colors really catch my eye, great job.
What I really love, is how you were able to make the bloody hand prints. They blend so nicely with the colors on the floor and wall.
Lovely job. ^^

Saw and fav'd this on DA, but I still love this! The colors are just beautiful and Joker just wants to make me drool. If he was nice, I'd definately sit down for a chat with him.

This is a good piece. Definitely caught my eye in the sea of.. everything else. Not often you see traditional work, much less motherfucking crayons. Kinda silly and ironic, now that I think of it, especially given the subject matter.

Anyway, down to criticism. Though wonderful, it isn't without its faults. First thing that I noticed is that the sink appears too large. When I count it by heads (his head is about two tiles), the sink shouldn't be higher than.. less than 3 and a half heads. Anyways, my reasoning is all convoluted, but that's just how I see it. The sink is a little too tall.

Second thing. Your perspective is off in several areas. The tiles near the wall, particularly on the left side are warped. And also the base of the sink seems flat and not on the same plane as the floor. Needs more curvature, both shade-wise, and line-wise.

Third thing. I think the foreshortening on his right arm (our left) is a little off. At first glance it seems like the elbow should be a little lower down.

That's about it. But hey! Overall a great job! Just throwing some things out there for next time. Keep doing traditional! Don't give in to this new-fangled digital mumbo jumbo haha.
