Love thou not make us fools
We take for granted
that which we believe too good to be real
She betrays logic and wisdom
Only to bring upon us its sweet bliss
The wisest fall due to her overwhelming sentiment
And only the true brave seek love’s wisdom
Upon only a simple glance
they find compassion’s knowledge
So gaze upon her sweet iris
And be enlightened by her ways
Accept love by free will
and become a witness to the heart’s soul and mind
