Guess Who? - Refs. included

I'm going to list all of the refs. that I used, and there are quite a few of them. You'll see the resemblance between some of them and the picture, while others may simply make you tilt your head and go 'What...?'

If you can guess who this is, I'll draw you a fully colored picture. and don't count since I believe both of you know. Heh. And if you say who it is, I'll delete the comment. No cheating!

And, as per usual, it isn't first come first serve. Give me a reference, I'll look it over, then choose from there.

He has: Hawk feet, hawk hands, hawk wings. Tiger stripes, body, legs to the knee, arms to the elbow and a little further, and head shape. Capricorn (my sign) with his ram horns. A horse tail and mane.
