Eyes/Eyelashes
I absolutely love them. The sparkles make it very magical! And her eyes complement them. Or the sparkles complement her eyes. I would go with the second one. Good job there. :]
Hair
You said (I think?) that this was the hardest part to do. And though you said it was, you did really good on it. I especially like the shine.
Face
Her face is good too. The way she's kind of looking off matches the background. I can't really explain why. I mean clouds, I usually associate them with spacing out, and I guess it's like a princess daydreaming about her prince.
Dress
The dress is very good as well as the train of the dress. I'm reminded of something but-- Sleeping Beauty! Ahh! For some reason it reminds me of Sleeping Beauty. But anyway, the dress is good.
