Btw, The lip syncing looks alright to me, It may need a little bit of work but it looks pretty good.

Looks like you're figuring out flash at a fairly fast rate actually!
It's not bad, but like shadowii said, kirby gets smaller plus it would have been better to keep everything fbf rather than lazily moving kirby's feet like that. (in my modest opinion anyway)
lip syncing and sounds are alright! character animation okay! kirby walk could've been done better! consider using shape tweens and, above all, easing! make kirby come to a stop instead of just suddenly being stopped! i has a tutorial if you are interested please dont stab me.
To lip-sync better, select your song file in the timeline and open up the properties window. Instead of setting your audio file to, "Event," change it to, "Stream." It will be WAY easier to lip-sync.

the walk cycle however : NEVER use tweens for walking cycles for kirby, never ever ever
